Starbucks isn't the only brand spreading holiday cheer by dishing out specialty drinks this year: McDonald's is hopping on the holiday beverage bandwagon by rolling out two drinks that you'll want to cozy up in front of a fireplace with ASAP.
According to Brand Eating, McDonald's is adding Peppermint Hot Chocolate and Peppermint Mocha back to its menu for the holidays — so from now until the end of December, you can get yourself pumped for the holidays by heading to a participating restaurant to get your hands on one.
The Peppermint Mocha is made with espresso beans from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms, steamed milk, and peppermint chocolate syrup, and it's all topped off with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. But, of course, if you're not much of a coffee drinker, you can opt to purchase the restaurant's Peppermint Hot Chocolate, as it's made with all the same ingredients except for the espresso.
And, just in case you thought for one second that the drinks wouldn't be Instagram-worthy, the Peppermint Mocha and Peppermint Hot Chocolate are both being served in McDonald's own red holiday cups that come decorated with stars. But you'll have to act quickly, because the cups will only be available while supplies last.
